Job summary

Ampcus, Inc. in Lincoln, NH is seeking a reliable janitorial specialist to maintain an industrial facility, offices, restrooms and break areas. The role includes light and heavy cleaning, floor care, window washing, trash removal, and restocking supplies. Shift: Fri–Sun, 6 am–6 pm (4th shift) in Lincoln, NH.

Requires prior cleaning experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Work with minimal supervision and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc).
• Clean offices in all buildings and remove trash.
• Clean restrooms in all buildings including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning toilets.
• Clean all break rooms.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Stock and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Window cleaning of buildings.
• Follow all safety regulations.
