Job summary

Postle Aluminum Company is seeking a Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized aluminum extrusion facility. The role covers daily housekeeping, facility upkeep, and supporting plant safety and cleanliness standards.

You will clean offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas; collect and dispose of scrap, trash, and recyclables; operate floor cleaning equipment; report safety hazards; and support ongoing housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Collect and dispose of scrap, trash, and recyclable materials
• Sweep, dust, mop, and operate floor cleaning equipment as needed
• Clean support areas, packing areas, and shipping areas to maintain housekeeping standards
• Maintain janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and housekeeping issues
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
