Job summary

Postle Aluminum Co. is seeking a reliable Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across the aluminum extrusion facility. The role covers daily housekeeping, basic maintenance support, and adherence to plant safety and cleanliness standards.

The position requires ability to work independently, attention to detail, and familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Collect and dispose of scrap, trash, and recyclable materials
• Sweep, dust, mop, and operate floor cleaning equipment as needed
• Clean support areas, packing areas, and shipping areas to maintain housekeeping standards
• Maintain janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and housekeeping issues
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
