Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support in a corporate or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software in a Microsoft-based network.
• Maintain and support communication platforms, including VoIP and AV equipment.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff and assist with resolutions.
• Support network devices and assist with workstation deployments and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and asset management records.
• Assist with cybersecurity, access control, and user account management per policy.
• Monitor technology systems to maximize reliability and user productivity.
