Job summary

Sandvik Coromant Westminster seeks an IT Systems & Process Professional to implement, support, and continually improve manufacturing IT systems that drive production and digital manufacturing initiatives. You will work closely with production teams and engineers to deliver reliable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.

You will lead local IT projects, maintain documentation, and ensure security and compliance, collaborating with global IT and cross‑functional partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant experience considered.
• Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on support for production, engineering, and office tech.
• Troubleshoot issues across operational and business systems.
• Lead local implementation of global IT and digital manufacturing projects.
• Partner with engineers and managers to deliver technology solutions.
• Develop system documentation, DR plans, and roadmaps.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer for long-term success.
• Promote data-driven problem solving and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Sandvik ISO standards (9001/14001/45001).
