Job summary

Sandvik Coromant Westminster seeks an IT Systems & Process Professional to empower digital manufacturing. You will implement and support manufacturing applications, collaborate with production teams, and drive data-driven improvements across production and engineering systems.

You will lead local IT projects, ensure security and reliability, and partner with global teams to align with ISO standards. The role offers growth, training, and exposure to international best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
Experience in manufacturing IT environments preferred.
Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, configure, and upgrade manufacturing applications, systems, and infrastructure.
Provide hands-on support for production, engineering, and office technology environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across operational and business systems.
Lead local implementation of global IT and digital manufacturing projects.
Partner with production engineers and managers to deliver technology solutions.
Support networking, servers, virtualization platforms, databases, cloud technologies, and industrial systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and roadmaps.
Deliver user training and knowledge transfer for long-term success.
