Job summary

Afflatus LLC is seeking a Manufacturing IT Developer III to support and enhance manufacturing systems within a production environment. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing IT solutions for automation, MES, and shop floor applications, with emphasis on .NET development.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in IT development in manufacturing, with PLC data experience and familiarity with Wonderware or similar platforms. Onsite work at a manufacturing facility is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT development or software engineering, preferably in manufacturing environments.
Experience working with PLC data and industrial automation systems.
Hands-on experience with .NET development.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain manufacturing IT applications supporting production operations.
Work with .NET-based systems to build, enhance, and support manufacturing software solutions.
Integrate and manage data from PLC systems and other shop floor automation technologies.
Provide technical support for manufacturing IT systems and resolve production-related software issues.
