Job summary
Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics is seeking an onsite Manufacturing IT Cyber Security Specialist to help manage and implement cybersecurity controls across automotive manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate with Engineering and Health & Safety teams to reduce risk to quality, productivity and employee health.
The role emphasizes communication with all levels of the plant and requires travel to multiple facilities, with responsibilities spanning standards implementation, risk
Qualifications
- Degree or certification in information technology or cybersecurity.
- Interest in developing ICS-specific cybersecurity skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years manufacturing plant floor experience with exposure to Industrial IT systems.
- On-site work at client site.
- Willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Manufacturing Cyber Security standards at the facility.
- Coordinate with plant levels to ensure standards understood and followed.
- Report status and share best practices with other facilities and management.
- Occasional off-shift support for initiatives during non-production times.
