Job Overview

We are a leading provider of advanced Industrial IoT solutions, specializing in AI-driven agent services and dashboards designed to optimize IoT operations.

This role is ideal for candidates in the early stages of their careers who are passionate about business development and eager to learn.

We seek an energetic, entry-level Sales Representative to drive new business in this niche market by targeting SI solution providers, device manufacturers, and each industry.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Consistently conduct at least 5 new prospect appointments per week.
  • Utilize cold calling, personalized emails, social media, networking, and other digital outreach to engage decision-makers.

Client Engagement & Presentations

  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations in business English that clearly articulate the value of our AI dashboard and agent solutions.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and tailor sales strategies.

Account Management

  • Provide post-sale support and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.

Regional Presence

  • Attended the Irvine, California, office twice weekly for team meetings and in-person collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to maintain at least 5 new client contacts per week.
  • Strong business English proficiency (both spoken and written).
  • Native fluency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean is preferred.
  • Must commute to Irvine, California, twice per week.
  • Previous sales experience in SI solutions, device manufacturing, or Industrial IoT sectors is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

  • In-depth IoT, AI, cloud computing, SaaS and data analytics knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking skills within relevant industries.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
