Qualifications

At least three years of professional working experience.
At least two years of investment banking experience.
An undergraduate degree with academic distinction.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships.
Participate in end-to-end transaction execution.
Prepare confidential information memoranda, marketing, and presentation materials.
Analyze historical and projected financial information.
Develop complex financial and valuation models.
Coordinate transaction execution.
Build data rooms and manage due diligence processes.
Develop recommendations with senior bankers.
Supervise junior banking team members.
Assist senior bankers with new business development, including pitch books and identifying prospective new clients.
