Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join industry-aligned teams within Corporate Finance. You will support investment banking engagements by managing client relationships and assisting in end-to-end transaction execution, including creating memoranda, conducting financial analysis, and building complex valuation models.

You will coordinate due diligence, prepare materials, and contribute to new business development under senior bankers, supervising junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• At least three years of professional working experience.
• At least two years of investment banking experience.
• An undergraduate degree with academic distinction.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships
• Participating in end-to-end transaction execution including preparing confidential information memoranda, marketing, and presentation materials
• Analyzing historical and projected financial information
• Developing complex financial and valuation models
