Job summary

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Washington, D.C. ADG Group. You will assist with investment banking services, including preparing financial analyses, valuations, due diligence, and client presentations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
Perform company valuations and assist in due diligence for M&A transactions.
Prepare confidential Memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches.
Assist in the marketing and execution of engagements and transactions.
Build relationships with clients and professional advisors.
