Job summary

A leading technical service provider is looking for an energetic Field Service Technician responsible for commissioning and calibrating industrial process equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair various instrumentation at customer sites, primarily in the Macon, GA area. Required qualifications include an Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, proficiency in technical controls, and customer service skills. Travel is a significant part of the job, requiring you to commute in a company vehicle during work hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient with programmable logic controls, input/output, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, networking, database management.
• ISO 17025 Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Commission, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair industrial process equipment.
• Train customer representatives on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on equipment inspections.
