Job summary

Innophos North Salt Lake, UT is seeking a Technician II–IV to safely execute installation, repair and testing of facility instrumented and electrical systems at the North Salt Lake, UT plant.

Education: High school diploma or GED; NCCER certification is a plus; 2+ years related experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, reading CAD drawings, lockout/tag-out safety, and communicating findings to supervisors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Essential: basic computer literacy and ability to use maintenance software.
• Strong instrumentation and electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, PPE requirements, and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follows lockout, tag-out procedures and safety checks.
• Attend daily meetings to discuss priority and routine work orders.
• Performs scheduled and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment, assemble parts, and test systems.
• Test and calibrate instruments like vent pressure, chillers, analyzers; ensure safety compliance.
