Responsibilities

• Assist and conduct counter sales as needed.
• Process inquiries via phone, fax, email, mail, or online; assist outside sales with quotes/orders.
• Purchase product to fill orders and quote supplier products.
• Identify and close orders with targeted customers; provide pricing and availability.
• Use catalogs to provide product information and pricing.
• Resolve customer issues promptly; escalate when needed.
• Increase sales through cross-selling and upselling of items and promotions.
• Handle returns and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain knowledge of Purvis products for confident customer interactions.
• Provide after-hours support when required.
