As an Inside Sales Representative, you will learn our industry, build customer relationships, and grow into increased responsibility—including potential to advance into Outside Sales/Regional Sales roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales, customer service, inside sales, manufacturing, distribution, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow Customer Relationships – Work directly with customers to understand needs, solve problems, and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Develop New Business – Research and identify prospective customers within your assigned region and qualify opportunities with the Regional Manager.
• Sell Solutions – Learn API's products and capabilities and help customers determine the right solution for their application.
• Quote & Close – Prepare quotes and proposals, determine pricing, respond to RFQs, and move opportunities toward order.
