Santander Consumer USA Inc. seeks an Investment Banking Analyst for Industrials to support deal execution, financial analysis, and client relationship management. The program provides foundational financial and professional skills for a career in investment banking.

You will participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program, develop core modeling and presentation abilities, and contribute to live transactions with senior bankers across M&A, LBOs, and capital markets deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 1+ years in Finance, Business or related field/sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products.
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player and self-starter.
• SIE, S63, S79 certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Participate in investment banking training program to develop financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination efforts.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for M&A, LBOs, and capital raising analysis.
• Assist in execution of live transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on strategic mandates and capital markets transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of presentation materials and client deliverables.
