Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
• 1+ years finance, business or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products with sector experience preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Investment Banking Graduate Training Program, developing core financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
• Conduct company and industry research, prepare pitch books, and support deal origination efforts.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support transaction analysis (M&A, LBOs, capital raises).
• Assist in the execution of live transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and product partners on strategic advisory mandates and capital markets transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of presentation materials and client deliverables.
