Inframark seeks an experienced Electrical/I&C Manager to lead staffing, safety programs, and project execution for industrial facilities in the U.S. Southeast.

You will oversee electricians and I&C technicians, drive maintenance strategies, and coordinate with contractors for shutdowns and commissioning. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial electrical/I&C with 3+ years in management, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage safety programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial electrical/I&C with 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong project management, vendor coordination, and safety leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans, training, and certifications for electricians and I&C techs.
• Own safety programs (NFPA 70E, arc-flash, LOTO) and electrical PM strategies.
• Plan and manage projects and shutdowns; coordinate contractors and commissioning.
• Maintain standards for panels, instrumentation, and documentation; manage spares.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and reliability metrics; report to leadership and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption.
