Inframark LLC is seeking an Electrical/Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) Manager to lead a diverse team in our Georgia facilities. This role focuses on staffing, safety programs, project execution, and continuous improvement across industrial sites.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in industrial electrical/I&C with management experience, strong PM skills, and proven ability to coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial electrical/I&C with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong PM, vendor coordination, and safety leadership.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans, training, and certifications for electricians and I&C techs.
• Own safety programs (NFPA 70E, arc‑flash, LOTO) and electrical PM strategies.
• Plan and manage projects and shutdowns; coordinate contractors and commissioning.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
