TriMedia Environmental & Engineering Services is seeking an Industrial Hygienist to join our growing team. The position may be based in Marquette or Kalamazoo, Michigan; Superior, Wisconsin; or remotely within the United States for the right candidate.

This mid-level to senior role involves field work, exposure assessments, data review, project management, and client-facing deliverables. Expect 25%-50% travel as needed, with diverse field, technical, and client-facing work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional industrial hygiene or closely related experience.
• Hands-on experience conducting workplace exposure assessments, sampling, and monitoring.
• Experience developing sampling plans, reviewing analytical data, and preparing clear technical reports.
• Strong technical writing, communication, organization and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health or Safety, or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA/MIOSHA, NIOSH, EPA and ACGIH guidance and standards.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage industrial hygiene and occupational health projects based on scope.
• Design and implement exposure assessment strategies for hazards.
• Conduct or oversee workplace exposure monitoring, sampling, and site assessments.
• Review laboratory and field data, perform QA/QC, and derive conclusions.
• Prepare sampling plans, proposals, work plans, and client deliverables.
• Communicate findings and project status to clients and stakeholders.
• Manage priorities, schedules, and documentation across assignments.
• Provide technical guidance or mentorship to developing staff.
• Support client relationships and business development opportunities.
