TriMedia Environmental & Engineering Services seeks an Industrial Hygienist to join our growing team. Based in Marquette, Kalamazoo, Superior, or remote within the United States, you will design exposure assessments and manage projects with 25–50% travel.

You will work with clients to solve workplace health challenges and deliver technical reports across a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in industrial hygiene, hands-on exposure assessment experience, and strong writing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional industrial hygiene, occupational health, exposure assessment, or closely related experience.
• Hands-on experience conducting workplace exposure assessments, sampling, monitoring, or field investigations.
• Experience developing sampling plans, reviewing analytical data, and preparing clear technical reports.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage industrial hygiene and occupational health projects based on your experience and project scope.
• Design and implement exposure assessment strategies for chemical, physical, and biological hazards.
• Conduct and/or oversee workplace exposure monitoring, sampling, site assessments, and field investigations.
• Review laboratory and field data, perform QA/QC checks, and develop technically sound conclusions and recommendations.
• Prepare and review sampling plans, proposals, work plans, technical reports, and other client deliverables.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, project status, and next steps to clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage project priorities, schedules, documentation, and follow-through across multiple assignments.
• Provide technical guidance or mentorship to developing staff when appropriate for your level of experience.
• Support client relationships and business development activities as opportunities arise.
