Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of staff.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and traverse uneven terrain.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Ability to wear respiratory protection and PPE for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support the site's IH programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct exposure monitoring for occupational hazards.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative respirator fit testing per Respiratory Protection Program.
• Maintain accurate records for IH monitoring, equipment, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Organize, inspect, calibrate, and troubleshoot IH sampling equipment.
• Complete sample documentation and coordinate laboratory submissions.
• Assist with workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and exposure-control measures.
• Provide employee training on IH topics and safe work practices.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
