Total Safety in Casper, Wyoming seeks an Industrial Hygiene Specialist to monitor client employees and contractors for physical and chemical stressors. You will operate IH sampling equipment, evaluate exposures, develop IH sampling plans, and propose controls.

You will work with field teams to conduct job walks, perform field data collection, maintain gas monitors, and support safety initiatives while adhering to refinery policies and site safety standards.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of IH field experience minimum
• Oil, gas, or refining sector preferred
• Ability to draft sampling reports
• TWIC credential process possible
• Field data collection and basic analysis

Responsabilidades

• Conduct industrial hygiene investigations and exposure assessments
• Perform air monitoring for hydrocarbons, particulates, chemicals
• Oversee permits and ensure refinery policies
• Issue confined space permits and perform atmospheric testing
• Conduct job walks with operations and contractors
• Assist with JSAs and hazard mitigation
• Maintain gas detection monitors and calibrate equipment
• Conduct site audits and support IH tasks
• Collaborate with customer safety teams daily
• Lead weekly safety meetings with contractors
