Job summary

Forensic Analytical Consulting Services seeks a Project Manager to lead industrial hygiene projects (asbestos, lead, mold) from first contact to final report. You will manage budgets, staffing, and client relationships while supervising coordinators and technicians.

You will oversee on-site surveys, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive performance through schedules, QA/QC, and invoicing processes. A 4–5 year IEQ background and a related B.S. are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success managing large or complex projects in at least one FACS service line.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, health and safety, biological science, or physical science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed billable hours and billable revenue targets.
• Maintain WIP aging in acceptable range (<15% WIP over 45 days).
• Review WIP weekly and request invoices.
• Assemble cost estimates for proposals and enter into ERP planning.
• Monitor project budgets and adjust costs; keep client updated.
