Job summary

Atlas is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Project Manager to lead surveys, sampling, and remediation oversight across building science and safety programs in California. You will prepare reports, manage field teams, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires 5+ years of consulting experience, asbestos/lead/mold survey expertise, strong technical writing, and travel up to 50% within Northern and Central CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technically sound consulting experience conducting and managing Industrial Hygiene and Building Sciences projects.
• Experience with asbestos, lead, mold surveys, exposure monitoring, noise monitoring, and report writing.
• Ability to travel throughout Northern and Central CA up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazardous materials surveys and sampling and provide remediation oversight.
• Prepare and review related documentation and reports.
• Manage field assessments, assign tasks, and coordinate project teams.
• Collaborate with IH Industrial Hygienist and Practice Team Manager levels on complex issues.
• Develop work scopes and proposals budgets.
• Follow regulatory standards and Atlas directives.
