Job summary

Occidental Chemical Corporation (OxyChem) seeks an experienced Industrial Hygiene Professional to lead IH programs across our manufacturing facilities in the Dallas area. You will identify workplace exposures, recommend controls, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IH/OSH, 5+ years' experience, proficiency with WERCS, Intelex, and Power BI, and travel up to 25–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Health/Hygiene or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial experience, preferably chemical industry.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must achieve Corporate and site HES&S goals with strong leadership and communication.
• Willing to travel 25-30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide IH leadership and implement corporate programs and procedures.
• Support sites to protect worker health and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage WERCS and Intelex platforms for IH/OH modules.
• Support TSCA issues and participate in audits and peer reviews.
• Assist in budgeting for Corporate HES&S and provide guidance.
