Job summary

OxyChem is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygiene Professional to provide technical leadership and hands-on support across its manufacturing facilities in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in an industrial setting, preferably chemical industry.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Travel up to 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Provide IH technical leadership and direction through corporate programs and procedures.
• Support sites to protect worker health and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Train site personnel in sampling techniques and update exposure assessments.
• Analyze IH monitoring data and assist in selecting PPE and controls.
• Assist in obtaining OSHA STAR status and participate in audits and budget processes.
