Qualifications

• Must be able to wear a respirator and PPE as needed.
• Travel locally up to 50% and have reliable transportation.
• Candidate must be located in Arizona.
• Demonstrated ability to write legibly in field notes and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct indoor air quality, microbial, industrial hygiene, and hazardous materials surveys.
• Collect environmental and personal samples for analysis and shipment to laboratories.
• Take detailed field notes and photographs to assist project managers with reports.
• Prepare chain-of-custody documents and map sample locations.
• Prepare reports detailing survey information, methodology, results, and recommendations.
• Calibrate, use, and maintain field instruments; download data.
• Travel for local, regional, and occasional out-of-state projects.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, staff, clients, and contractors.
• Attend training and development activities to stay current.
