RTX's Andover, MA site seeks an energetic EHS Professional to advance sustainability, compliance, and risk reduction, developing IH plans and leading toxic gas monitoring and emergency response.

Requirements: university degree (advanced preferred), 5–8 years IH experience, CIH in progress, gas detection and IH data tools; U.S. citizenship for security clearance; occasional travel and after-hours readiness. We offer competitive benefits and relocation assistance where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee toxic gas monitoring and system maintenance.
• Lead emergency response planning and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with site leadership to improve EH&S performance.
