Ramboll US Corporation is hiring a Consultant in Raleigh, NC to join our Health Sciences team with a focus in industrial hygiene. You will work on challenging projects, guided by a CIH mentor, across diverse teams and client sites.

You will lead investigations, document findings, and develop exposure-control strategies while collaborating with engineers, scientists, and health professionals. This hybrid role requires field work and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Degree in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental science, chemistry, or related field; 2+ years IH experience.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to document data and deliver client-ready work.
• Current or willingness to pursue professional IH certifications.
• Self-motivated with desire to learn, develop skills, and cross-train across IH and related disciplines.
• Willing to perform field activities and travel up to 40% with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial hygiene investigations and exposure assessments for chemical, physical, and indoor hazards; develop exposure control recommendations.
• Coordinate and support IH projects; document field observations, maintain records, prepare equipment, interpret results, and develop reports.
• Communicate professionally with employees, site reps, subcontractors, and project teams during field activities.
• Support multidisciplinary teams with health and safety program development and training materials.
