Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Industrial Hydro Blast Operator to handle, position, move, and operate hydro-blast trailers, high-pressure pumps, and tank cleaning equipment safely on industrial sites. You will perform pre-job inspections and document safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, CDL Class A preferred or quickly obtainable, willingness to travel, overtime, and comfort with confined spaces and heights.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement preferred or ability to obtain after hire.
• Experience with hydro-blasting or pressure cleaning preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state; overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Operates, sets up, and maintains hydro-blast trailers, high-pressure pumps, and tank cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs pre-job equipment and site inspections, completes required safety documentation, and reports hazards or incidents.
• Conducts manual tasks including installing, repairing, and cleaning valves, hoses, pumps, and related equipment in hazardous environments.
• Assists supervisors and team members as directed, maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operates, sets up, and maintains hydro-blast trailers, high-pressure pumps, and tank cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs pre-job equipment and site inspections, completes required safety documentation, adheres strictly to safety procedures, and promptly reports hazards or incidents.
• Conducts manual tasks including installing, repairing, and cleaning valves, hoses, pumps, and related equipment in hazardous industrial environments.
• Assists supervisors and Team Members as directed, maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment throughout and after tasks.

What We\'re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement strongly preferred or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire.
• Experience with hydro-blasting or pressure cleaning preferred; refinery or plant experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state, and availability for overtime work as needed.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
