Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Industrial Hydro Blast Operator to safely operate and maintain hydro-blast equipment in industrial settings. You will handle, position, move, and manipulate equipment with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes pre-job inspections, strict safety procedures, teamwork, and responsiveness to field conditions. Travel locally and possibly out-of-state is required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement is preferred or can be obtained after hire.
• Experience with hydro-blasting or pressure cleaning is preferred; refinery or plant experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state, and availability for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates, sets up, and maintains hydro-blast trailers, high-pressure pumps, and tank cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs pre-job equipment and site inspections, completes required safety documentation, adheres to safety procedures, and reports hazards or incidents.
• Installs, repairs, and cleans valves, hoses, pumps, and related equipment in hazardous industrial environments.
• Assists supervisors and team members, maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
