Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to maximize uptime. You may handle wiring, plumbing, electrical/mechanical tasks, and simple setup of machinery; on-call for emergency maintenance, with some outdoor work.

Requirements include 1–3 years in manufacturing maintenance, proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical operations, and knowledge of 480V three-phase systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in manufacturing maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical operations.
• Knowledge of 480V three-phase, control power, AC/DC circuits including motor starters and gear repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machine malfunctions and perform repairs and adjustments.
• Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain facility equipment.
• Perform minor fabrication using mills, lathes, grinders, etc.
• Support manufacturing processes and ensure quality records.
• Perform electrical conduit runs, wiring, terminations, and component installations.
• Maintain PLCs, CNC control circuits, and primary power.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain housekeeping standards.
