Basic knowledge of AC/DC motor controls and instrumentation calibration.
Industrial chiller operations.

Responsibilities

Performs all job duties in a safe and professional manner.
Responds to work orders related to HVAC and production equipment malfunctions/breakdowns/troubleshooting.
Performs equipment installation and preventative maintenance on complex equipment.
Performs diagnostics troubleshooting using wiring diagrams and schematics drawings.
Replaces or repairs worn or defective parts.
Troubleshoot/Service using working knowledge of boilers/steam systems and natural gas systems.
Assists technician in other crafts in troubleshooting and problem solving.
Directs the work of craft trainees.
Always follows job safety analysis.
Reports any unsafe conditions to supervision.
Performs other duties as directed by the supervisor.
