Position Summary:Responsible to maintain, and repair, Boiler/Chiller, cooling towers, plumbing systems, low pressure steam systems. This role supports campus wide building maintenance, responds to weather related incidents, and utilizes building automation systems such as Metasys and Automated Logic. The technician must work independently and participate in an on-call rotation.Essential Job Functions:Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC equipment consistent with plumbing mechanical and electrical codes.Perform routine maintenance on All types of HVAC equipment to include Boilers, Chillers, and Cooling Towers.Strong knowledge of BAS/EMS (building automation systems/Energy Management systems) preferred.
