Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus six years in HVAC or related trades.
• Experience with air handling, hydronic systems andBurners operation.
• Valid Maryland driver’s license or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, services and repairs HVAC and hydronic pumping systems.
• Performs test and balance procedures for optimal operation.
• Maintains pumps, fans, and drives; reads schematics and specs.
• Documents maintenance and communicates findings in writing.
