Job summary

King & Prince Seafood is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility and HVAC systems in a fast-paced industrial food manufacturing environment. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency, attention to detail, and urgency to support safe plant operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, component repairs, reading schematics, and CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of HVAC and facility maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC equipment and related facility systems.
Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems using R-134a, R-410A, R-404A, and R-448A refrigerants.
Read and interpret building drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
Document maintenance activities and work orders using CMMS.
Adhere to safety policies, SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP requirements.
