Job summary

D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial clients with maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of HVAC systems across sites. The role rewards hands-on problem solving, quality workmanship, and a responsive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems, servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units, while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• EPA Universal License
• Ability to collaborate with plant maintenance teams on service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues across HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls and complete troubleshooting in a timely manner.
• Follow safety standards while servicing, inspecting, and testing HVAC units.
