Job summary

D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our industrial and commercial customers across the Southeast. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to keep HVAC systems operating reliably and safely.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, quality workmanship, and a service-oriented approach on field assignments. EPA Universal License is required, and the position offers full company benefits and a company-provided truck.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License.
