Job summary

D&L LLC in the Southeast seeks an HVAC Service Technician to keep commercial and industrial HVAC systems running reliably. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and respond to service calls with a service-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate has hands-on problem-solving skills, prides itself on quality workmanship, and collaborates with plant maintenance teams. EPA Universal License is required to operate safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls.
• EPA Universal License

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues across HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls and complete troubleshooting in a timely manner.
• Follow safety standards while servicing, inspecting, and testing HVAC units.
