Job summary

Employbridge is seeking workers to assemble components for commercial HVAC systems inside a heavy industrial manufacturing facility in Columbia, SC. You will join a team, follow exact work instructions, and handle both raw and finished materials while reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities include operating industrial equipment, adhering to safety policies, and rotating through stations as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, construction, or heavy industrial experience or equivalent trade school experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with using hand or power-tools.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble quality products according to standards.
• Collaborate with a team to assemble large scale components.
• Handle raw and finished materials responsibly.
• Follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and material lists.
• Operate industrial equipment to move and package finished products.
• Maintain safety policies and keep work areas clean.
• Rotate across workstations to assist other assembly steps.
