Job summary

Specific Systems is seeking a detail-oriented General Assembler to join our production team in Tulsa, OK. You will perform mechanical, structural, and basic electrical assembly for heavy-duty HVAC units in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires blueprint reading, tool proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in HVAC or heavy equipment assembly is a plus, and punctual attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in manufacturing or industrial assembly.
• 1–3 years in industrial assembly or related mechanical trades preferred.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical and structural assembly of sheet metal housings and frames.
• Mount and secure HVAC components like compressors and coils.
• Assist with routing copper tubing and basic panel wiring.
• Perform visual quality checks and adhere to safety standards.
• Work with team to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
• Follow OSHA regulations and PPE requirements.
