Qualifications

• Previous mechanical assembly or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift, move, and position heavy components safely.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy-duty mechanical components and equipment according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Measure, fit, align, and position parts accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools.
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, impact guns, and other shop equipment.
• Install bolts, fasteners, brackets, hardware, and mechanical components.
• Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit, alignment, and workmanship.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Perform overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
