Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience; industrial, manufacturing, or union environment preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees, supervisors, and union representatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire processes in an industrial setting.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Help ensure compliance with labor agreements and employment laws.
• Assist training, audits, and HR program communications.
