A General Laborer role focuses on outdoor industrial construction tasks, operating skid steer and forklift, and assisting in cleanup and preparation with a safety-first mindset.

The position requires hands-on use of hand tools, working in all weather conditions, and a commitment to safety training and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-pressure hydro blast equipment in the 10,000–40,000 psi range.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer and forklift on industrial sites.
• Assist in industrial cleaning, site cleanup and preparation.
• Load/unload, clean, shovel, and organize inventory.
• Operate a vac-truck and hydro blasting.
• Assist in organizing inventory and equipment.
• Promote safe workplace by participating in safety training and PPE use.
• Take care of company-owned or rented equipment.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture.
• Perform other duties as required.
