Job summary

hth companies is an industrial services provider serving the Midwest. The Industrial Cleaning Laborer will work mostly outdoors in industrial construction environments, performing tasks including industrial cleaning, site cleanup and preparation, with a safety-first mentality.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, shoveling, operating a vac-truck and hydro blasting, organizing equipment, and promoting a safe workplace. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000 psi – 40,000 psi)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in industrial cleaning, job site cleanup and preparation.
• Loading and unloading, cleaning, shoveling.
• Operating a vac-truck and hydro blasting.
• Assist in organizing inventory and equipment.
• Promote safe workplace by participating in safety training and PPE usage.
• Take care of company-owned or rented equipment.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Performs other duties as required.
