Job summary

htH companies is an industrial services provider serving the Midwest with mechanical insulation, maintenance, scaffolding and more. The General Laborer will work mostly outdoors on industrial construction sites, operating a skid steer and forklift, assisting in cleaning and site prep, and using hand tools as needed.

Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, stay safety-conscious, and follow directions for PPE and site rules.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high-pressure hydro blast equipment? (not applicable)
• Proven ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer and forklift on an industrial site.
• Assist in industrial cleaning, job site cleanup and preparation.
• Load/unload, clean, and shovel as needed.
• Operate a vac-truck and hydro blasting.
• Organize inventory and equipment.
• Promote safety culture and PPE usage.
• Maintain care of equipment and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
