Job summary

hth companies is seeking a General Laborer to work mostly outdoors in industrial construction sites. You will operate a skid steer and forklift, assist in industrial cleaning, and help with site preparation with a safety-first mindset.

Candidates must be comfortable in all weather, follow PPE rules, and work with hand tools. The role requires physical activity, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 hour certification required within 60 days.
• Knowledge of high-pressure hydro blast equipment (10,000–40,000 psi).
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work in outdoor, industrial environments and in all weather.
• Strong safety awareness and PPE discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer and forklift on an industrial site.
• Assist in industrial cleaning, job site cleanup and preparation.
• Load/unload, clean, and shovel duties.
• Operate a vac-truck and hydro blasting equipment.
• Organize inventory and equipment; promote safety culture.
