Job summary

SEW‑EURODRIVE is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive revenue growth in the Rocky Mountain Territory. You will build strong customer relationships, promote heavy industry gearing products, and provide technical sales support throughout the sales cycle.

Ideal candidates will have gear reducers and motor knowledge, CLS experience, and a willingness to travel. The role offers competitive pay with bonus potential and a 10% shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Residence in the Rocky Mountain Territory or willingness to relocate.
• Experience with gear reducers and electric motors.
• Knowledge of variable frequency drives and motion controllers is a bonus.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel.
• Eligible to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by promoting SEW‑EURODRIVE Heavy Industry Gearing products and solutions within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, distributors, OEMs, and end users to grow business opportunities.
• Provide technical sales support and product expertise by recommending solutions, conducting product training, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop, qualify, and manage sales opportunities by identifying new business, implementing sales strategies, and using CRM to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to conduct face‑to‑face customer visits, attend meetings, tradeshows, and training while representing SEW‑EURODRIVE professionally.
